How we engage
Built with, not for.
Some ventures begin inside an established business that has spotted an opportunity but has no internal capacity to pursue it. Others begin with a founder, a partner, or an observation about a market that isn't yet served properly.
In both cases the approach is the same: understand the commercial reality early, prove or disprove the idea quickly, and only build what the market gives you reason to build.
